By accessing or using QAltus Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our simulation platforms, APIs, or educational services.

2. Educational & Simulation Use

All labs, dummy systems, APIs, test environments, and automated testing tools provided by QAltus Academy are designed exclusively for educational, practice, and quality assurance simulation purposes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to maintain standard professional conduct and not to:

• Attempt unauthorized penetration tests or denial-of-service actions outside the designated testing scope.
• Share account credentials or abuse automated agents and API limits.
• Reverse engineer or distribute proprietary training materials without written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All training curriculums, logos, branding, platform architectures, and custom lab modules remain the intellectual property of QAltus Academy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and testing environments are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QAltus Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access during server maintenance or curriculum updates.
